Since this is a solo show here, I do my best to get your orders out as fast as possible. Sometimes there may be a question about your order, so please use a valid email address! We donít want any delays in receiving fantastic goodies, do we? Didnít think so! Please double-check your address when checking out!! If there are any mistakes, notify me as soon as possible! If parcels are undeliverable and returned back to me, I will contact you about payment to re-ship or refunding your order minus shipping. If you are sending to an address other than your billing address, don't be surprised if we call to confirm the order. It helps us if you leave a comment when checking out.

* Prices are subject to change at any time.
* Any coupons or discounts that you want to use must be used at the time of checkout. Refunds are not given after the fact
* Ohio residents are charged tax on orders.
* Make sure you read the first paragraph!
* Please use a valid email address so that you can receive updates on your order status. Your email will not be used for anything other than TTAC contacting you in regards to your order, updates, or info that you have requested.
* Any item(s) ordered that happen to be out of stock, you will be emailed asking if you prefer a refund, store credit or substitute.
* Shipping costs are non-negotiable. HOWEVER, if the shipping paid is severly overcharged, a refund will be issued for the difference. For customers in the US, you may request first class opposed to priority and be refunded the difference.

* Notice!†There is now a low order fee of $1 on any order less than $5. This is to curb the fees assessed from the credit card processor. If you pay with a US postal money order, the low order fee is refunded.

* You have the option of completing your transactions by credit card (now accepting all major credit cards!), PayPal or a money order purchased from a United States post office. Absolutely NO checks or other money orders are accepted. If either of those are sent for payment, they will be returned to you, resulting in a delayed shipment of your order. International buyers can only use credit card (Mastercard, Visa, AmEx, Discover) or PayPal for payment unless there is access to a US post office (ie., Puerto Rico).
* Customers choosing to send a U.S. postal money order have a 14 day grace period to complete the transaction. After two weeks has passed, unpaid invoices will be deleted from the system and the items ordered will be returned to stock.

{ s h i p p i n g + i n s u r a n c e }

* As of October 2017, we only ship to USA and Canada. If you are outside of those countries and would still like to place an order, please email us and we will help you get an order placed. Understand that shipping outside of the USA is quite costly (we don't profit from shipping fees) and starts around $13 for a 1 ounce parcel.

* Your items will be shipped to you from my smoke~free home as often as I can, at least twice a week. If you need a rush on your order, either email me or include a comment with your order and I will do what I can to get your order out a little quicker. Most orders within the U.S. arrive within 3 days of being sent out, international orders seem to take about a week, at least. Please understand that being said, is NOT a guarantee and delivery can actually take up to 8 weeks. International orders are shipped via First Class International Mail or optional Priority Mail. U.S. orders $0.00 - $34.99 are shipped via First Class/Parcel Post and orders $35+ are sent Priority Mail. Priority Mail includes insurance up to $50 at no extra charge. Additional insurance is optional at checkout. First Class does not include insurance unless you choose to add it on at checkout.

* U.S. customers can purchase insurance to protect against loss or damage during checkout. U.S. orders will have tracking/delivery confirmation included in the shipping cost. International orders can be insured, but only if you opt to have your order sent via Priority Mail. This option is more costly and orders sent in the flat rate envelope/box cannot be insured. If you live outside the US and would like to upgrade the method of shipping upgraded + have your parcel insured, please contact me (carynATtinythingsarecuteDOTcom ) for rates, especially if you're concerned about your parcel getting damaged or lost. TTAC is not liable for orders that get lost, damaged or rifled through that have not been insured. Insurance claims are handled by the customer with USPS.

* International buyers! Please do not ask for me to alter the customs forms to evade taxes! There are hefty fines involved for falsifying information which I do not have the means to cover. As a business, this is not a risk I'm willing to take. Surely you understand, right? International orders (any order shipped outside of the U.S.) may have customs duties, fees, and import taxes levied by the destination country. The customer (or recipient) of an international shipment may be subject to these fees which are determined once the parcel arrives in the destination country. The additional charges for customs clearance are the recipient's responsibility! I have no control over the fees charged and I have no way of knowing or estimating what these fees will cost as customs policies differ from country to country. If you need more information, please contact your local customs office. Please also keep in mind that customs clearance procedures can delay the delivery of parcels.

* TTAC does re-use packaging! A little less for the landfill for the moment, plus it helps to keep costs down. The majority of packaging is new, however donít be suprised if the cardboard used to keep your paper items from bending is a panel from a cereal box or the envelope has had an address label on it at one time ;D Packing peanuts are never bought new at TTAC. Reuse that styrofoam!

* Shipping fees charged at checkout are an estimation based on order subtotal, not weight. Again, excessive over estimations of shipping costs will be refunded. Additionally, if your parcel is heavier than what the shipping fees paid will cover, you may be contacted for the remaining balance due to get your goods shipped out. This is especially true for international orders.†Please contact us if you have any questions. Expedited shipping is an option that is available at your request. It's pretty spendy, but if you need your goods faster than what Priority Mail can deliver, please contact us for shipping rates.
