Q. Is there a minimum order that I have to place?
A. Nope! There are no minimums, but the shipping rates still apply within the totals given. Orders under $5 will have a "Low Order Total" fee of $1.00 assessed.

Q. Do you sell wholesale or offer discounts on bulk orders?

A. Nope! Sorry, TTAC is retail only. However, be on the lookout for promos on the main page or via social media that may save you some dough!

Q. How do I know how many pieces are in each lot?

A. At the end of item's title, you will see a number in parentheses, for example "Item A (8), and that number is how many pieces you recieve. If there is no number, in most cases the item is sold per piece.

Q. Can I return an item that I ordered that I no longer want or need? What if I receive an item that is damaged?
A. Sure you can! You MUST contact me prior to returning so that I can keep my eyes open for it! You have up to two (2) weeks to return any items in unused, unopened and resellable condition (odor, pet hair, damaged, etc). Shipping returned items are done so at your exspense. Shipping fees are not refundable! If I have sent you faulty merchandise, please notify me within 3-5 days of receiving your goods! Often times I can send a replacement of the same item or offer store credit. Replacement credit of damaged items are approved on a case-by-case basis and refunds are not issued since insurance is an option.

Q. Where do you find all this great stuff?
A. These are my little secrets! I know you understand, right? I knew you would! For those of you that need more of an explanation, the thing is that I've spent {and still spend} *a lot* of time devoted to finding vendors, new sources, traveling, etc to bring you these goods. I just can't sell, trade or hand that information out. 

Q. I only want one color or a quantity less than what’s stated. Is that possible?

A. Items that are available with those options have them. Most of my inventory arrives to me as a mix so that is how they are sold.

Q. Why do my items disappear from my cart if I 'm not active for awhile when shopping?
A. The shopping cart does timeout. To keep this from happening, you can register for an account and by doing so, any items you put in are saved until you  login again and remove them or checkout.

Q. Do I have to pay tax on my order?

A. Only Ohio residents must pay tax on their orders. International customers are responsible for any duties/taxes/fees that may be due on their parcel. None of these fees are collected at checkout on international orders whatsoever.

Q. Shipping seems kind of high. Can my order be shipped for less?
A. Orders being shipped within the US may request First Class ($3-$4) if the weight of the parcel allows since anything over 16oz must be shipped Priority. As for international orders, parcels are already shipped using USPS First Class unless the parcel is over 4lbs or Priority is requested through email. Overages of $1 or more are refunded. No one wants to pay too much for shipping, right?

Q. Do you ship to my country?
A. Currently as of October 2017, we no longer ship outside of the USA with the exception of Canada. If you are interested in placing an order, please email us and we will help you place an order. Understand that shipping fees to ship outside of the USA are quite costly and start around $13 for a 1 ounce parcel.

Q. Can I get insurance on my order?
A. This is an additional, optional charge that protects against loss or damage while in transit. I am not liable for any orders that do not purchase insurance! Insurance claims are to be handled by the recipient and I will give you any necessary information needed to file a claim. U.S. orders will receive tracking info in an email (another reason to make sure your email address is valid!) regardless if insurance is purchased or not. Priority mail now includes up to $50 of insurance at no extra cost.

International customers can purchase insurance, also, but only if the parcel is sent Priority Mail (flat rate envelopes excluded). That being said, shipping may cost more. Please email me if you are interested in insuring/upgrading an international package so that I can get an accurate total shipping cost for you. Again, I am not liable for any orders that are lost or damaged while in transit. 

Q.  I would like to feature your shop or maybe just an item on my blog. May I use the photos on your website?
A. You may use photos with permission. All photos and item info listed are property of Tiny Things Are Cute. Besides, we like to know when we're in some sort of spotlight and maybe we can even offer a coupon for your viewers, readers and subscribers! Just send info, requests/inquiries to 
caryn@tinythingsarecute.com. That being said, if you resell items purchased here you may not take TTAC's photos for use on your website, shop, etc. I put a lot of time and heart into what I do and I don't appreciate folks stealing what is property of my website.

Q.  Do you share or sell info such as my email address?
A. NO WAY! Your info is not sold or shared and is used only for communicating and shipping purposes through TTAC. That goes for if you subscribe to the newsletter/updates, too, which you may unsubscribe from at any time.
