These were prizes in gumball machines sometime in the 70's or 80's. The "flavors" are printed on a cardboard lid and set in a plastic cup. I suppose you could remove the lid if you wanted, but it's not easy! As with all vintage items, imperfections are to be expected such as off center printing, wrinkles, faded colors, etc. Pendant measures almost 1" x 5/8" {23x15mm}, not including the loop.
