Super cute plastic toy with a head that bobbles as the wheels underneath turn. Too big to be a charm, but there is a hole in the tail for stringing. Colors are bright (neon-ish) and will be randomly selected. Measures about 2-1/4" long by 1-1/2" wide by 3/4" tall. Made in Hong Kong.
