A fun joke item to have on the desk or on a shelf. Just remove the plug on the front and fill with water. Pull the handle and a little man with a top hat pops up to squirt the unknowing person! The box claims, "A jackpot of laffs everytime!".
These work, but as with all of the other vintage novelties I have to offer, they are not intended to be toys for children and cannot withstand rough handling.
